The purpose of the application is to facilitate the submission and selection processes for the women - who want to apply for a board member position - in an accurate, simple, and secured way. This will help to create a platform with rich database that enhances the opportunities of qualified women to take leadership positions and encourage them to participate in the administrative decision-making process that help in developing companies’ qualitative performance.

The database will provide number of different female cadres, competencies, and experiences for companies and will include women groups eligible to participate in the field of managing of both listed companies and companies operating in non-banking financial activities
